Full Time Sales Assistant
Job description
 
  • Providing every customer with an exceptional in store / telephone experience.
  • Fully involved in sales meetings / sales generation, your ideas can make a valued difference.
  • Providing customers with quotations, invoices, order processing via phone, email and in our store to increase sales wherever possible.
  • Promote customer loyalty & encouragement of new business.
  • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales / Priced correctly in an appealing way to capture customer attention and to achieve increased sales.
  • Ensure customers are aware of in-store / online promotions & special offersLeasing with outside contractors / Courier services
  • General administration
  • To perform key holding duties as and when required by Head Office
  • To support the manager in all aspects of their work
Experience
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) or similar experience in a sale led environment.
  • You will be self-motivated ideally with a proven track record in sales.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • You’ll have enthusiasm and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Must have a flexible approach in regards to working hours and days of the week within a small team.
  • Fluent English
The Applicant must be:
  • Skilled in time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers
  • Legally allowed take up in Northern Ireland

Pay & Hours
  • From £26,500.00 per year
  • Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
  • The successful candidate will be required to work weekends and bank holidays
